I typically devote 15-30 minutes for each call and do an in-depth screen to determine if they are a candidate that I can represent to job opportunities. Not all candidates are qualified for jobs based on title alone, we have to determine whether or not they are a good fit. What makes me a great recruiter is that I am dedicated to the process and hold an understanding of what a good candidate looks like for a specific role. I take the time to be thorough in my search and also in my candidate screening.
