I started my career in non profit recruiting and have been lucky enough o work with several prestigious charitable organizations. From non profit recruiting I moved into corporate recruiting for a global aviation company where I split my time between managing several in house administrators across the country, HR investigations, finding top technical aviation talent and building the companies social media from the ground up. When Google reached out to me for a technical sourcing role, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I have spent the last year and a half bringing Cloud Engineers, Technical Account managers and Software Engineers into the magical world of Google. Unfortunately I was one of the many impacted by the 12,000 Google employee layoff. Although I am a bit nervous for such a blink of an eye transition, I am excited to grow and learn with a new company that shares the same DEI/People centric attitude as myself.
