You receive credits to their site and search engine tools depending on your SourceOwls subscription level.

A SourceOwls role:

1. Source (Identify) candidates.

2. Conduct one interview with the candidate to ensure they match the job qualifications that are given to you within our portal.

3. Document all the answers from your interview & acquire an up-to-date resume from the candidate.

4. Add resume, questions, and notes to your SourcesOwls platform.

5. Work with your candidates through the interviewing process. (Preps and debriefs)

Your job is completed. The client will also assist in handling scheduling etc. The SourceOwls platform with notify you of the progress along the way.

The SourceOwls platform will notify you at each step in the process. It's always a great idea to stay in touch with your candidates to ensure things go smoothly. You get notified when the client changes the candidate's status to hired.

Our fee is due from the client once the candidate reaches 45 days of employment. This is typically 45-60 days from the candidate’s starting date. (Special terms and/or conditions may apply to candidate guarantee periods to specific client job postings. These terms are disclosed in the job details.)

SourceOwls has three submission-level payouts. Depending on your candidate submission approval ratios. The more candidates you submit that are approved by the jobs posters to higher your earned payout. All our payouts are a flat fee for a successful placement and the candidate meeting the job's guarantee periods. Your payout varies based on the job level.
